These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and therefore be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Promoter (Iconic Bride)
2. Eligibility: This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Promotional period: Please see the individual promotion for its prize availability.
4. Entry instructions: The participant must like the competition post, 3 previous posts, tag at least one profile in the comments and follow both @iconicbride and @ib_carhire.
5. Only one entry per participant unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Additional entries will be disqualified.
6. Any entries considered to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, cruel, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
7. No third party/bulk entries. If it becomes obvious that a participant or household is using any means to circumvent the outcome such as (without limitation) using multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, the participants in question will be disqualified and any prize entitlement voided.

Incomplete, illegible or late entries are not accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason.

8. Winner Selection: Free Prize draw winner(s) will be randomly selected via random number generator.
9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message to the account in question within 1 day of the closing date. They will have 5 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within the timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to another participant as selected via random number generator.
10. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct contact details when entering the free prize draw and for acceptance of the prize. The promoter is not responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of the prize.
11. General: Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms.
12. Prizes: Car chauffeur service must be provided within a 40-mile radius of the home business (Iconic Bride). Car chauffeur service can only be utilised for a maximum of 4 hours.
13. Prizes must be accepted by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or in part unless explicitly stated. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.
14. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize should circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
15. Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identify, age and address. Promoter may also withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
16. If you are a winner, you agree that you will take part in and co-operate fully with any reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity, without any fees being payable.
17. The promoter reserves the right to eliminate or disqualify any entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prize will be voided.
18. Entry into the promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk.
19. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to: tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond control of the promoter which affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion) the promoter retains the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion
20. If an act or circumstance occurs which is beyond the control of the promoter and prevents the promoter complying with these terms, the promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligation.
21. The promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other problems that could result in disruption, loss, delay or entries not being received, as well as winner notification or prizes. The promoter will not be responsible for a lack of inclusion of entries as a result of technical failure or otherwise, including any failure that is within the control of the promoter.
22. If any clauses should be deemed as unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in force and effect.
23. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control. No liability will be given to entrants but all reasonable endeavours will be made to avoid participant disappointment.
24. The decisions of the promoter are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
25. The promotion and these terms shall be subject to English law.
26. Data Protection: Any personal information from participants shall be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the participant has entered into future marketing from the promoter. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the promoter to administer the promotion and winners’ consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
27. If the date the winner requires for the car chauffeur service is booked out, the winner has the option to choose an alternative vehicle (Range Rover) or they will be provided 50% off 2 Bridesmaids dresses
