Covid-19 & Your Appointment
Firstly, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone that has helped, supported and followed the rules during the pandemic.
Following the latest announcement from the government we are pleased to announce that we will be reopening our doors once again from 12th April.
We would like to assure you that here at Iconic Bride we will be following strict health and sanitation routines to ensure that all brides still have a wonderful experience whilst being kept safe.
Here are some of the steps that we are taking:
Social distancing – Our boutique is exclusively yours for your appointment allowing us to maintain a 2-metre distance.
Hygiene – Our boutique will be deep cleaned before your appointment with dresses being steamed. Hand gel will be on reception and available for your use on arrival.
Health – Face coverings and gloves will be on reception for your use. Please do feel free to bring your own. On arrival at the boutique we will also take your temperature as a precautionary measure.
Walks ins – At Iconic Bride we have always offered the exclusive use of the boutique to a single bride at any one time, booked by appointment only. This also helps with the social distancing that we already have in place.
Zoom & Skype – Some brides may still be a little nervous at the prospect of a face to face appointment, which we totally understand. We would be delighted to schedule in a time to conduct an online consultation via Zoom or Skype. We are also happy to Zoom or Facetime your appointment when you are in the boutique to help include special relatives and friends whose opinion you also value.
Although life, for the time being, will be different to how it was, it is our commitment to you that your time spent at Iconic Bride will be an amazing and safe experience.
